There are campus phones on all floors. The phones are on the west side of the avenue on floors 1, 3, 4, 5, and 6, and there is a phone by the vending machines in the lobby of the main floor. These phones can only make local (Corvallis, Philomath, or Albany) phone calls, and are free of charge. See the library floor maps for campus phone locations.
